Pay Statement Print Option

As a campus PACE initiative (the President’s Advisory Committee on Efficiency & Effectiveness), the Payroll office no longer automatically prints pay statements. You are able to view and print your pay statements online at any time. However, if you still wish to activate the print option for your pay statement, please follow these steps:

  • Log into MyPack Portal
  • Click on the “For Faculty & Staff” tab at the top of the page.
  • In the “Employee Self Service” section, select “Payroll & Compensation”
  • Select “Direct Deposit”
  • Click on the “Pay Statement Print Option” option located just under the “Direct Deposit Detail” box.
  • Select “Send a paper copy of direct deposit pay statement to my department “.
  • Save.

To deactivate the print option for your pay statement, follow the first five steps above and then choose “Do not send a paper copy of direct deposit pay statement to my department”.

If you are unable to access “Employee Self Service” you can complete a “Request to Print Pay Statement” form and submit to the Payroll Office.
